    .. . when listed your commands in maya env file?!
    when i comment them out everything works fine

    so what shall I do?!

    Ok.
    1) Remove all DeeX VRay Arsenal lines.
    2) Add this in the beginning of your Maya.env (first line) :

    3) On your PATH line, you have :

    Add at the end %DEEX_VRAY_ARSENAL%\bin, like :

    4) On your MAYA_PLUG_IN_PATH line, you have :

    Add at the end %DEEX_VRAY_ARSENAL%\%DEEX_MAYA_VERSION%\%DEEX_OS%\plug-ins, like :

    5) On you PYTHONPATH line, you have :

    Add at the end %DEEX_VRAY_ARSENAL%\%DEEX_MAYA_VERSION%\%DEEX_OS%\scripts, like :

    6) On your MAYA_SHELF_PATH, you have nothing, so add directly :

    Done.

    think the mistake is somewhere there:

    MAYA_SHELF_PATH = %MAYA_SHELF_PATH%;%DEEX_VRAY_ARSENAL%\shelves

    this doesn’t cause maya to crash, but i get a blank shelve:

    MAYA_SHELF_PATH = %DEEX_VRAY_ARSENAL%\shelves
